The atrium located on the first level of the Goryokaku Tower is decorated with illumination lights to create a magical atmosphere suitable for the Hoshi no Yume Festival.
Illumination lights at the atrium are lit from Sunset to the end of business day (6 p.m.)
*Please note that the Goryokaku Tower closed at 6 p.m.
